With the support of NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) Archana Women’s Centre organised 15 days “Skill Training Programme on Animal Sheltering and Bamboo Treating” for 20 women. It’s our aim to make rural women skilled workers in animal sheltering using bamboo. After this training, the trainees became skilled workers in animal sheltering. They will get the opportunity to get work from Gramapanchayath’s project named ‘Aadum koodum padhathi’ (goat with goat shelter project). They can earn more and live with dignity and self-respect.
